Sono stata ospite presso questo hotel per una mini vacanza a Milano con la mia famiglia. La sua posizione è stata molto comoda in quanto si trova molto vicino alla stazione della metro, su una linea della metro che ci ha permesso di raggiungere facilmente il centro città. Inoltre, l'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno più piacevole. La camera era confortevole e pulita, e il bagno era datato ma pulito. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. La colazione era variegata, anche se avrebbe potuto essere migliorata per quanto riguarda le opzioni senza glutine per mia figlia celiaca. Nel complesso, consiglio questo hotel per chiunque cerchi un alloggio comodo e pulito a Milano.
L'unico aspetto negativo è stato il bagno, che era un po' datato e avrebbe potuto beneficiare di una ristrutturazione.

We loved the bright and comfortable rooms, which were also very clean. The hotel's convenient location, just across from where the van to/from Hatyai passes by, made transportation easy for us. The cleaning lady did a great job during our stay.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! The room was bright and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. I also loved the fact that the hotel was conveniently located near key attractions, making it easy for us to explore and discover new places. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.
the noise from the restaurant at night was quite audible in our room, even with the door closed. It was a bit frustrating as we were hoping for a quiet and peaceful night's sleep.

the bright and comfortable room provided a relaxing atmosphere, and the cleaning staff did a great job in maintaining cleanliness. We also appreciated the comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Nonetheless, the hotel provided a satisfactory experience overall.
It would have been helpful if the staff had better English communication skills and were more resourceful in providing tourism information.
